Todd Becker, J.D.

Mr. Becker and his firm provide large firm experience with boutique firm attention.  Todd possesses significant experience representing international clients in a wide variety of legal issues, and he provides extensive consultation services to corporations both in the United States and China in the areas of international trade and business law. Additionally, he serves as U. S. Corporate Counsel to Golden Chang, which is the world's largest manufacturer of work, military, and hiking boots. 

Todd B. Becker is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987.


David Klein, CSM, CLS

Mr. Klein is a real estate developer responsible for the development of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of retail space throughout California.  David is one of a very select few individuals in the entire commercial real estate industry to concurrently hold certifications with the International Council of Shopping Centers as a Certified Shopping Center Manager and Certified Leasing Specialist.  Mr. Klein’s specialties include acquisition/disposition, property management, lease negotiation, and contract negotiation.

Mr. Klein is a graduate of CSU Fullerton with a degree in Finance with additional designations as a CSM and CLS.

Experienced with EB5 financing, business operation and cross-border mergers & acquisition with United States and China; in sectors including energy, technology, commercial real estate, entertainment, consumer goods and health care.

Mr. Wang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and studied at University of California Santa Barbara, he received his bachelor degree in Political Science with the emphasis on International Relations. With further financial and management education programs through Wharton Management Series, Thunderbird Oil & Gas Management Program, Columbia University Financial Engineering, and University of California Los Angeles Extension of Mergers and Acquisitions Program.
